Gods
An idea about where we come from—
and what we might still be, beneath it all.
I believe we are born with an open heart,
with something within us that is free.
That we are not separate—
but part of something greater.
Something whole.
And maybe everything we see here—
ourselves, nature, this world—
is only a glimpse of that same light.
The place we come from,
and the place we return to.
